Responsible for channel development and expansion of NasdaTong products, developing and executing channel expansion plans, identifying potential partners, and expanding sales network coverage; Daily management and maintenance of existing channel partners, regular communication and exchange, understanding needs and feedback, timely solving problems that arise during cooperation, and enhancing partner satisfaction and loyalty; Assist channel partners in developing marketing promotion plans, organizing product training, promotional activities, etc., to drive product sales growth and achieve sales targets; Collect and analyze market information, competitor dynamics, and channel feedback to provide data support and recommendations for the development of the company's product and market strategies; Responsible for the statistics, analysis, and reporting of channel sales data, monitoring channel sales performance, adjusting sales strategies in a timely manner, and ensuring the smooth completion of sales tasks; Coordinate internal resources of the company, closely cooperate with marketing, technology, after-sales and other departments, and provide comprehensive support and services to channel partners.
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields; More than 3 years of experience in channel sales or channel management, with experience in printing equipment, consumables, and other related industries preferred; Strong data analysis skills, able to identify problems through data and develop effective solutions; Proactive and responsible in work, possessing good teamwork spirit and stress resistance; Proficient in using office software and able to adapt to frequent business trips.
